Ross Mortgage Corporation

Designed a first-time homebuyer roadmap guide for Marc Edelstein at Ross Mortgage—an easy-to-follow visual journey to owning a home in Michigan.

For this project, I collaborated with Marc Edelstein, a loan officer powered by Ross Mortgage Corporation, to design a comprehensive and visually engaging information guide for first-time homebuyers in Michigan. The goal was to simplify the home buying journey and present it in a way that is both approachable and easy to understand—particularly for individuals unfamiliar with the mortgage and real estate process.

I designed the guide in the format of a "roadmap," breaking the process into clear, digestible steps that walk the reader through everything from budgeting and pre-approval to choosing an agent, making an offer, and finally moving in. Each section was paired with bold headers, supportive visuals, and well-organized content to enhance clarity and reader flow.

The final product not only serves as a helpful tool for clients but also reinforces Marc’s brand as a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and client-focused lender. This piece is part of a larger effort to improve client experience through smart, effective design that builds confidence and understanding.
